New Book Published: Interaction of Natural and Artificial Intelligence: Assessing - Measuring - Evaluating

We are pleased to announce the online publication of the book, “Zusammenwirken von natürlicher und künstlicher Intelligenz: Beurteilen - Messen - Bewerten” (Interaction of Natural and Artificial Intelligence: Assessing - Measuring - Evaluating)!

The book addresses interdisciplinary perspectives on how humans and machines can coexist and collaborate in the future. Key topics include medicine and healthcare, legal aspects of human-machine interaction, AI controllability, and sociological and ethical impacts.

Tim Kacprowski, head of the division, is co-editor and author of the chapter titled “The Difficulties of Evaluating the Extended Interaction Between Natural and Artificial Intelligence.”

In his chapter, Tim highlights that current evaluation methods often lack comprehensiveness, neglecting important ethical and additional dimensions. Rather than positioning artificial intelligence and human intelligence as competitors, he advocates focusing more on their synergies and sustainable collaboration.

The entire book is freely accessible as open access: Access the Book.
