I am a research associate in Division of Data Science in Biomedicine at Peter L. Reichertz Institute for Medical Informatics (PLRI) at TU Braunschweig. Currently, I am engaged in PRETTY project aims to develop a personalized federated prediction model to assess the risk of severe kidney damage following stem cell therapy in leukemia patients. Previously, I worked as a research associate for four years in the Scientific Data Management research group at TIB – Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology, while pursuing my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Leibniz University Hannover. During my doctoral studies, I developed expertise in the Semantic Web and Knowledge Graphs. I hold two Master’s degrees: one in Computer Science from University of Bonn, and one in Software Engineering from Payame Noor University in Tehran, where I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. My research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Bioinformatics.
